Everything in one place
Routines, journal, meals, money, and people live in one workspace, so you stop switching between apps.
Gentle, not strict
Weekly reports show how consistent you’ve been, with no guilt, so your routines feel supportive.
Everything connects
Your meal plan builds your grocery list, journal entries tie back to your goals, and monthly reports add themselves up.
Meet your calm command center.
Trade the scattered tabs and sticky notes for a single source of calm.
Your daily dashboard: shortcuts for new income, expenses, journals, recipes, and contacts, plus your latest journals, upcoming birthdays, morning and evening rituals, goals, this week’s meals, your grocery list, and a monthly finance report.
Why I made this template
Hey, it’s Eri!
I built the Calm and Clear Life OS because I was tired of my life living in a dozen different places.
As someone who loves organization and calm productivity, I wanted one system that held everything together without feeling overwhelming.
This is the system I wish I’d had. I hope it helps you trade the mental clutter for a little more clarity.
Five spaces, one calm system.
Build a daily rhythm you can actually keep.
Morning and evening habit trackers help you show up for yourself every day, and weekly reports show how consistently you follow through. No guilt, just gentle clarity on your progress.
Stay grounded in what matters.
Write dated entries tied to your goals and affirmations, so every reflection connects back to what you’re working toward. Your journal stops being a diary and becomes a compass.
Eat well without the weekly scramble.
Save your favorite recipes in one library, plan your meals for the week, and let your grocery list build itself from the ingredients you need. Less “what’s for dinner?” More time to actually enjoy it.
Know where your money goes without the stress.
Track income and expenses in one place, then see the full picture with monthly reports and charts for spending, savings, and cash flow.
Never miss the people who matter.
Keep birthdays and important details in one contact hub, organized by family, friends, and colleagues. Show up for the people you love, every time.

FAQs
What is Notion?
Notion is a free app for notes, documents, and databases, all in one place. This template is built in Notion, so a free account is all you need to get started.
Do I need a paid Notion plan?
No. Everything works on Notion’s Free plan, except that the Free plan limits how many charts you can use. To see more than one chart, you’ll need Notion Plus or higher.
Which version should I duplicate?
Pick the Blank version for a fresh start, or the version with sample entries to learn how everything works first.
Do I have to enter things more than once?
No. All the sections are connected, so you add something once and it appears everywhere it’s needed. The meals you plan, for example, build your grocery list for you.
Can I use it on my phone or tablet?
Yes! Once duplicated, you can access it on the Notion desktop, web, and mobile apps.
Can I customize it?
Absolutely. Rename sections, change icons and covers, and add or remove properties so it fits your life.
How will I receive the template?
Once you complete your purchase, you’ll be taken to a page where you can duplicate the template into your own Notion workspace.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. You have 14 days to decide whether the template is right for you. If you request a refund, the template is removed from your workspace.
What if I delete my copy?
You can duplicate the template again anytime from your Gumroad Library or your Purchased tab on Notion Marketplace.
Where can I get help?
Reach out through the feedback form included in the template, and I’ll get back to you.
