Sound familiar?
- You’ve been meaning to make a media kit for months, but staring at a blank page stalls you every time.
- Your stats live in five different apps, and copying them over by hand always introduces a mistake.
- Every time your numbers grow, your media kit is already outdated.
- You don’t want to spend hours in Canva just to look professional.
There’s a calmer way to do this.
Who it’s for
- Content creators and influencers pitching brands for the first time — or the fiftieth
- Social media managers and content producers building kits for clients
- UGC creators who want a professional, easy-to-update portfolio
- Creators whose numbers keep growing and want a kit that keeps up
- Notion users, or the Notion-curious, who want a ready-made system instead of building one
- Anyone who’d rather spend time creating than formatting
Who it’s not for
- You want a heavily designed kit with custom graphics and photo-heavy layouts
- You expect your stats to sync automatically from Instagram or TikTok
- You want a done-for-you kit without filling in your own details
- You’d rather hire a designer to make a one-off kit for you
- You’re looking for pitch emails or brand outreach templates
- You need a full business system with contracts, invoicing, or a CRM
What’s inside
Six connected sections that build your kit for you. Click through to take a look.
Every platform, side by side.
Log followers, average reach, impressions, and engagement for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or any platform you’re on. Each one gets its own clean card with your handle, so brands can see exactly where your audience lives.
Show brands who’s actually watching.
Break your audience down by location, gender, and age with ready-made charts, then tag the themes your community cares about. It’s the proof brands look for when deciding whether you’re the right fit.
Pricing that’s ready before they ask.
List your services, like sponsored posts and reels, with starting rates, then add common extras like whitelisting or paid usage. When a brand asks for your rates, the answer is already in your kit.
Let your past work do the convincing.
Keep a running record of the brands you’ve partnered with and what they said about working with you. Add each new collaboration once, and it shows up in your kit automatically.
Put your credibility on display.
Collect the articles, podcasts, and features you’ve appeared in, all in one place. A short list of press goes a long way when a brand is deciding who to trust.
Make a strong first impression.
Write your bio and a one-line tagline, add quick facts like where you’re based, the languages you speak, and your niche, then pull your top numbers into an at-a-glance summary. It’s the first thing brands read, so it’s built to say who you are fast.
Build your kit once. Update it in seconds.
Everything you need to pitch brands, organized in one Notion workspace.

The idea for this template came while I was struggling to build a client’s media kit in Canva. I’d build a spreadsheet, start designing, realize I was missing a stat, dig through app after app to find it, then start the design all over again. It was pure chaos.
Every time, it felt like starting from scratch. It was a huge pain — so I did what I usually do when I struggle with tasks that merge design and organization, I built it into Notion.
At first, I just wanted a simple mockup in Notion to reference while I worked on the creative. Then I realized I could go one step further and build a system that turns all that info into a visual reference right away. That’s how this template was born, and this is essentially what I use for every instance that I need to build a media kit.
