Everything in One Place

Projects, clients, and testimonials live together, so you never dig through old files or rely on memory.

Presented Professionally

Organize your work by project, skill, or client and show up confidently in any conversation.

A Record of Your Growth

See the services you’ve offered, the skills you’ve built, and the results you’ve delivered over time.

Is this for you?

This is for you if…

  • You scramble to pull together past projects whenever a client asks, “What have you done?”
  • Your work is scattered across folders, inboxes, and drives, and some of it only lives in memory.
  • You collect kind words from clients but can never find the right testimonial when it counts.
  • You want one clean page to send clients, with your bio, your links, and a way to book a call.
  • You want to look back and see clearly how your skills, services, and results have grown.

This isn’t for you if…

  • You want a fully custom-designed website with your own domain, branding, and visual identity.
  • You need a tool that handles your invoicing, time tracking, proposals, or a full sales pipeline.
  • You’ve only done one or two projects and don’t plan on taking many more clients anytime soon.
  • You’d rather keep your records on paper and don’t want to manage anything in a digital tool.
  • You’re just starting out and don’t yet have enough past work to fill out a full portfolio.

Your Work, Organized for Clients

Front Page

A front page ready for clients.

Tap a section to see where it lives on the page.

Your bio, links, testimonials, skills, projects, and an optional FAQ sit on one clean page you can send to anyone. The “Work with Me” section appears twice, and you only edit it once.

Click through the tabs to see each part of the front page.

Projects

Every project, on the record.

Pick a project to see its case study at a glance.

Every project starts from a template you can customize: client, dates, a summary, and key results, plus a case-study layout you can shape to your own style.

Clients

Client pages that build themselves.

Pick a client to see everything linked to them.

Each client page pulls in the projects, skills, and testimonials connected to it, so it reads like a finished case study without any extra writing.

Testimonials

Proof that’s easy to find.

Tap a testimonial to feature it on your front page.

Save kind words the moment they arrive, link them to the client and project they came from, and choose which ones lead your front page.

Skills

Skills backed by real work.

Pick a skill to see the projects behind it.

Link skills to projects and each one counts its proof, so you can see where your experience runs deepest and what to pitch next.

Creator’s Note

Why I Made This

I built it so I’d never have to rebuild my portfolio from memory again.

The first time a prospect asked, “Do you have a portfolio I can look at?”, I froze, mumbled something about putting a few things together, and scrambled for days afterward. Even after all those hours, what I pulled together still didn’t feel like my career. That’s when it clicked: instead of jumping from tool to tool, I needed a living record of my work, one I could build any portfolio from.

This is the template I use now. It keeps my projects, clients, and testimonials in one place, so I can show my work clearly whenever I update my website, send a proposal, or look back on how far I’ve come.

From scattered to one system

2022–2024 Trying it all BehanceCanvaMy websiteGoogle Docs Every setup came with its own headache, and none of them connected my work to the clients it was for.
Today One connected system Everything is linked in Notion, so the portfolio builds itself as I work.
Freelance Portfolio

Now it’s yours: the same system, ready for you to make your own.

What’s Included

One template, a sample portfolio to learn from, and a direct line to me.

  • The Template

Linked pages for projects, clients, skills, and testimonials.

  • Sample Portfolio

A pre-filled example that shows how it all fits together.

  • Guided Setup

Six setup steps, plus a full guide to writing case studies.

How It Works

From an empty template to a client-ready portfolio in four steps.

  1. Add your work

Log your clients and projects, with dates and a short summary.

  2. Link the proof

Connect each project to its skills and the feedback it earned.

  3. Make it yours

Swap in your bio, photo, links, and “Work with Me” details.

  4. Share it

Send it to clients, and add each new project as the work wraps.

Keep your best work front and center.

No fluff. Just a clean system that keeps your experience organized and easy to present.

FAQ

What is Notion?

Notion is a free app for notes, documents, and databases, all in one place. This template is built in Notion, so a free account is all you need to use it.

Do I need a paid Notion plan?

No. The template works on Notion’s free plan.

Can I share my portfolio with clients?

Yes. The front page is built to be client-facing, with your bio, links, testimonials, projects, and a “Work with Me” booking button. You can share it as a Notion page or use it as the source for your website and proposals.

I’m new to Notion. Will I be able to use it?

Yes. The Initial Setup page walks you through setup one step at a time, and the sample portfolio shows you what a finished version looks like.
